Why doesn't Fill Sight appear in the Bluetooth device list?+
Ensure the control box is powered on (green light), no other device is connected (blue light off), Bluetooth is enabled on your device, and you're within range. Power cycle the sprayer if needed. Fill Sight does not pair with your tablet or phone like a traditional Bluetooth device, you must use the RemoteXY app to connect to and communicate with Fill Sight.
Why is my sensor value unstable or jumping?+
Try lowering engine RPM on self-propelled sprayers to reduce harmonic vibration. Check that the sensor is mounted securely and the tank solution isn't sloshing excessively.
Do I need to recalibrate for different tank solutions?+
No. Use the 5 density presets on the main display to adjust volume calculations for different solution densities without recalibrating. You can easily determine the density of your tank solution by measuring out one unit of liquid and weighing it, then enter that weight as the solution density on the main display.
What app do I need?+
Fill Sight uses the RemoteXY app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
How do I winterize Fill Sight?+
Completely drain the liqud from your tank and ensure sensor not in contact with any liquid that can freeze. Confirm the sensor is mounted upright or angled upward. Store the control box in a dry location. Failure to drain before freezing can permanently damage the sensor.
Can multiple devices connect at once?+
Only one viewing device (ie. tablet or phone) can connect to the Fill Sight control box over the Bluetooth connection at a time. The green indicator light means Fill Sight is powered; The blue light means a viewing device is connected via Bluetooth.
How is Fill Sight different from a sight tube?+
Sight tubes are hard to read when stained or cloudy and only give a rough guess of spray solution level. Fill Sight is a real-time sprayer tank monitor that shows live gallons remaining on a digital display — so you never have to guess how full the tank is while filling or spraying.
