Disclaimer & Liability Waiver
Fill Sight is intended to provide approximate guidance only and is not designed or intended for precise measurement of products when filling spray tanks. It is the sole responsibility of the user to accurately measure, calibrate, and properly mix all herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural products according to label instructions and best management practices. Any over-application, under-application, or misapplication of products resulting from reliance on Fill Sight readings, feedback, or estimates is the user's exclusive responsibility. By using Fill Sight, you acknowledge and agree that Wellmann Farms LLC, its owners, officers, employees, distributors, and affiliates are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or failures of the system, and shall not be held liable for any damages, crop loss, yield reduction, environmental harm, regulatory violations, or any other direct or indirect losses arising from the use or misuse of Fill Sight. Use of Fill Sight constitutes your acceptance of this disclaimer and full release of liability.
Product Use
Fill Sight is intended to provide approximate guidance for tank volume monitoring. Users are responsible for proper calibration, installation, and verification of readings before applying agricultural products.
Orders & Shipping
All orders are subject to availability. Wellmann Farms LLC will contact you if there are any delays with your shipment. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Warranty
Limited Warranty
Wellmann Farms LLC warrants that Fill Sight will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase when installed and used according to the Operations Manual & Installation Guide.
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Wellmann Farms LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component or unit. This warranty is Fill Sight's only express warranty and is limited to the original purchaser.
To request warranty service, contact support@fillsight.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Wellmann Farms LLC may request return of the product or affected components for inspection before approving a repair or replacement.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation, calibration, or use not in accordance with Fill Sight documentation
- Sensor damage caused by failure to winterize, including freezing of liquid left in the sensor line or sensor
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized repair, or modification
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage from power surges or incorrect voltage supply
- Issues caused by incompatible tank fittings, plumbing, or operating conditions outside product specifications
- Accuracy of volume readings when the system has not been properly calibrated, zeroed, or maintained by the user
This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the Disclaimer & Liability Waiver above. To the extent permitted by law, Wellmann Farms LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from product use or warranty service.
Returns
Fill Sight may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. You must request and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our RMA department before shipping any Fill Sight back to us. Contact support@fillsight.com to obtain your RMA number and return instructions. Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.
Unused systems in original condition and packaging qualify for a refund of the full purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.
If Fill Sight has been installed or used, returns within the thirty (30) day window may be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. After your return is received, inspected, and processed, our RMA department has full discretion regarding whether a restocking fee applies and the amount charged. The refund will be the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee and original shipping charges.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed defect covered under warranty.
