Validate and Tune Your Calibration

How to Use

  1. Calibrate (or re-run a spray-out) at three machine angles — typically level, roll left, and roll right.
  2. In each tilt table, enter Monitor gallons and Sensor value from full tank down to empty.
  3. Tables are labeled like Fill Sight software: Negative Tilt, Level, and Positive Tilt. Enter the angle used for each pass.
  4. All three columns share the same steps and scroll together. Use + on a row to insert below it, trash to remove, or + Row at Bottom to append — each applies to every table at once.
  5. Gallon Δ, Sensor Δ, and Tank gal calculate automatically. Review the Sensor Δ chart and consistency grade.
  6. Drag individual points on the graph to adjust them and improve overall calibration consistency, as directed in the Consistency Assessment section below.
  7. When finished, use Export Calibration PDF to print a form for entering your improved calibration data into the Fill Sight software. Use Export to CSV to save your data so you do not need to re-enter everything on this page later (reload it anytime with Import from CSV).

Chart plots Sensor Δ for each tilt table. Click a legend name to turn dragging on or off for that tilt (disabled tilts stay on the chart, dimmed, and will not move when you drag). Drag a point up or down to adjust that row’s sensor value (the row below stays fixed). Active tilts stacked on the same row move together and keep their relative offsets.

NOTE: It is not uncommon for the first and last charted data points to look extreme — a tilted tank often produces widely varying pressure readings at the top and bottom of the tank.
