Mount the Control Box
Choose a protected location inside the sprayer cab or on your sprayer. Mount flat with the label facing up. Orient indicator lights parallel or perpendicular to your tank sump.
Connect Power
Use a 12-volt keyed power source. Red wire to positive 12V, black wire to ground.
Install the Sensor
Plumb the tank level sensor at the bottom of the solution tank at the same vertical height as the tank floor. Preferred: sight tube port, existing bung, or new 1" tank bung.
Set Up RemoteXY App
Download RemoteXY from Google Play or Apple App Store. Add device via Bluetooth and select Fill Sight.
Zero the Tilt Sensor
Park on a level surface. Open the app, go to Settings → Sensors, press Zero Tilt Sensor. Current Tilt should read 0.0.
Zero the Pressure Sensor
With the tank completely empty and no liquid in contact with the sensor, open the app, go to Settings → Sensors, press Zero Pressure Sensor. Current Pressure should read 0.00.
Calibrate the System
Fill tank with water and spray out, recording sensor values at logical volume intervals. Fill Sight is only as accurate as your calibration.
